Dear doc,
I gave oral sex to a sexworker ... when I was rinsing my mouth later ... i noticed a little blood ... it was from my gums on top of my mouth ... could be due to excessive rinsing post the act. I wanted to know what is the risk of HIV transmission if the sex worker is HIV possitive
If the girl has cuts in her mouth then certainly blood can be transferred and you can be at risk but no cuts in her mouth you have no risk of been positive
I am sure you will be fine but I would get tested 30 days after the incident for peace of mind.
Kindly reply.....this is my last question,....
I have noticed blood from the cut just after the exposure....
