Help HIV Scare

Hello All,

I had gone to draw blood at a lab for routine checkup. The guy who was drawing blood use a new needle and holder but by mistake he used an old vacutainer tube which had blood on it. As soon as he saw that, he freaked out and I called the manager immediately but it was already late . I think the guy was stoned or high or whatever. And I am going crazy because of this.

Am I at risk of any blood disease? especially HIV?

When do I test?

I am planning to sue the laboratory. Please help  me

This is a HIV specific forum, you have to post in other forums.

No it doesn't work that way.

Any other blood disease risk? As, the needle had punctured the tube, can any blood pass from the tube to the body?
