you already answer my question, never mind Teak. Thanx
The experts on this website says stand alone antibody test is accurate between 6-8 weeks, and duo test (antibody + p24 antigen ) is accurate at 4 weeks. Do you agree with that?
There are no tests marketed or sold to give a conclusive negative test earlier than 3 months post exposure.
I have just responded to your previous post, you didn't have a risk and therefore you are worrying for no reason about testing.
Stop searching the web, stay off the sites and understand you did not have a risk.
Depends on the type of test. I agree with worried4144, you have to wait for at least 4 weeks post exposure and take Duo test for ab/ag + p24.
btw. You didn't tell us your exposure?
HIV testing at 2-4 weeks (Antibody test) is meaningless. You should get tested at 3 months mark, or you can get antibody + p24 antigen test at 4 weeks for results to be conclusive.
please dont start new posts with the same questions you have already asked.
