hiv positive

My gf recently tested positive. I am,worried about my,status now.although I used condoms with every time I've had sex with her.but I don't know if the condom got a hole in it or if,it broke. Am I at risk?

I guess I have a lot of anxiety right now because of her test results. And I'm worried that the condom didn't cover the base of my penis like sometimes in the sex it only covered half of my penis and the vaginal fluids were on half of my penis around the base. My urethra was covered though I'm,pretty sure because the condom didn't slip off.

As long as ALL of your VAGINAL/ANAL sexual encounters were protected with a condom. Then, no. You would have no risk.

To correct the erroneous comment above.

"Also the amount of vaginal fluid through a microhole wouldnt be enough to infected you."

- There is no such thing as a "microhole" in condoms. When a condom's integrity is compromised, such as by manufacturing defects, the nature of the material results in catastrophic failure. You would know if the condom failed. Vaginal fluid, nor the HIV virus can penetrate a latex barrier. No way, no how.

You or your girlfriend would recognize a broken condom. Tiny holes would lead the condom to break completly. Also the amount of vaginal fluid through a microhole wouldnt be enough to infected you.
