important question, please help

Hi, on October 30th I stupidly drank too much and had a one night stand with a girl in which I do not know her HIV status. On November 25th I had a Oraquick swab test done and it came back negative. Though I started feeling crummy later that day and thought it might of been because of anxiety and because I was thinking about HIV, though that night I took my temperature at 10 pm and it was 102.4. I started to worry because I had a high fever, chills, and some night sweats along with a lot of sinus congestion, lack of appietite, and an overall feeling of weekness. The next morning on the 26th i went to the doctor and she said she thought it was a sinus infection, which I know in all honesty it could be and hoping it is. I felt horrible from Nov. 25 until early today and am just now starting to feel a little better. My fever tended to range from 102.4-99.8 over that period until today because my medicine is finally kicking in. Sorry for the long background but my main question is, is 25 days after an HIV risk to late to be having ARS symptoms or seroconversion? I dont know if there is a difference between the two but I am very concerned that this could possible be ARS since i know flu-like symptoms is what happens and I had many of those symptoms especially the fever and bad chills. Also is getting a test 25 days after too early to show anything, I keep telling myself that if it was ARS something would of showed up on my test considering i started feeling sick and getting the symptoms later that very same day but I don't know since I don't know much about the topic. If some people that know something on this subject could answer my questions and help me out I'd appreciate it so much, thank you in advance for helping me!

Forget about any symptoms just retest at 3 months and collect your conclusive result.

Thanks for answering me back, I had unprotected vaginal sex for only a few minuets. I was hoping you or someone with knowledge on the subject could educate me on ARS. I know most people that actually do come to find they have HIV usually don't even show any ARS symptoms but I was hoping that you could tell me when the ARS timetable would be because once I became very sick and had a bad flu and chills along with some night sweats I got scared and thought of ARS symptoms. And then after a few days my fever broke but then I started getting painful white patches on the back of my mouth and thought maybe thrush but i don't know. If you could please let me know when the ARS symptoms timetable is and if my case sounds like it could possibly fit with this I would greatly appreciate it.Also.....

My mom called the doctor about the white patches and they called back and said that maybe my body wasn't accepting the medicine I was on anymore and so it wasn't doing as good of a job anymore and they put me on a different medication. But I was confused by this since i did not have the white patches when i went to the doctors earlier in the week and from what i know a sinus infection, which is what I was diagnosed with, doesn't create painful white patches in your mouth, so in the back of my mind i'm still concerned about thrush because i think it can sometimes show up as an HIV symptom. If you could help me figure out this mystery as well I would appreciate it.

Lastly, I mentioned before that I started feeling real sick and had a 102.4 fever later the same day of my Oraquick test at 25 days post exsposure that came back negative. Would it be possible for ARS symptoms to start later the same day of my test but not show anything on my test, I would think something would of showed up if this is indeed ARS symptoms. Sorry for all the questions but I have just become really concerned since i became really sick and the white patches and all that. I'm getting tested in a few weeks at the 6 week mark and then the 3 month mark like you recommened teak, if you and others like Lizzie Lou that know what there talking about could please help answer these questions I would be so grateful, thank you so much in advance for your help!

If you had unprotected vaginal or anal sex then retest at 3 months to obtain a conclusive test result.

Sorry but I forgot to add that in the past day-day and half I've noticed white patches in the back of my mouth on the sides and it is pretty painful to swallow, I'm not sure if it is thrush or not since i've never had it before, but i've heard that oral thrush can also be a symptom of HIV so that has caused me worry as well. I think that should be all the facts. again thanks to everyone that can help me!
