DO i Have HIV?

Last night I  was real drunk and ended up with a girl. Someone gave me a condom but I was too hammered to get it on. She gave me oral, and she kind of used her teeth a little. Didnt pay to much attention to it. I tried to have sex with her but i was to drunk to focus, basically I penetrated her for a second and then, We  just got frustrated and ended it there. The next morning I noticed I had a cut on my penis. I definitely a vaginal sex with her after i got the cut, though it really wasnt long, nor did I finish, what are the chances I have HIV. Im freaking out right now, biggest regret of my life.

It means that she can't give you something she doesn't have.

""p.s. i know for a fact girl is clean"

You can't get HIV from someone who doesn't have it.

If your girlfriend has never had unprotected vaginal/anal sex with someone else but YOU, and you've never had unprotected vaginal/anal sex with someone else but HER, then you can't get HIV.

"In order for HIV infection to occur, your partner must be HIV positive."
even though there was a cut on my penis, this is what worries me the most.

If you know for sure she has never had a risky exposure to HIV by having unprotected vaginal/anal sex with someone else or shared needles for injecting drugs, then you have nothing to worry about.

In order for HIV infection to occur, your partner must be HIV positive.
