Unprotected Sex with a Stripper
Last Wednesday night I was at a strip club in Vegas and ended up having sex with the female stripper. When she first started, she got on top of me real fast and put me inside of her unprotected and sat on top of me for a good minute or so. I was quite intoxicated but still was able to realize that i was not wearing a condom so I made her stop, put on a condom and we continued until climax.
The next morning I woke up and realized what happened and immediately starting freaking out.
My worry right now is whether or not i ended up contracting any sort of STD or even HIV. As of right now my symptoms are minimal. I am experiencing some random pains in the penile area however there is no burning upon urinating. But it definitely feels more uncomfortable down there, and the random shooting pains have me worried.
Also today I started to develop cold like symptoms. Running nose, sore throat etc. It has only been 6 days, so not sure if it is any sort of ARS symptoms but starting to get even more worried.
My biggest concern right now really is on the HIV side. I know reading through this forum the odds are in my favor (doc stated 1% of CSW's are infected with HIV, and the transmission rates are 1 out of 1000 sexual episodes). But need some advice from you guys on what I should start looking out for, if anything.
How soon can I get tested and what do you guys recommend for the fastest results? When should I test again?
Appreciate the help. Have never done anything like this in my life so this has me really scared. Hate for a one time intoxicated screw up to ruin my life.

No, you don't know that she is HIV positive and you are beyound the period of starting nPEP if she was positive. nPEP has to be started within 72 hours of exposure.
I agree, test at the appropriate times but please dont symptom chase it's going to make you stressed unnecessarily, all the best
Test for Hiv and other STD,s.A DUO test at 4 weeks is very accurate,however you need to follow up with another test at 3 months for a 100% conclusive result.All the best.
