needing reassurance

I am a bisexual man and a week ago hooked up with a guy I had sexual realtions with 4 or 5 years ago. Since that time I had HIV and STi tests done and all came back negative. I never had an STI .
We met, I asked him about his status and he told me that he is "pretty sure" to be negative on all counts. (whatever that means)
We proceeded to have oral sex, both giving and receiving. I ended up being the receptive anal partner with him wearing a condom. Plenty of lube was used and the anal intercourse lasted 10 or so minutes. He did not ejaculate inside the condom and after withdrawal I even "inspected " the condom by blowing it up to check for leaks.
Should I get tested just because I am in a relationship with someone else...just to be safe?

You do not need to test. Move on. Safe sex.

I understand you fears, but you can be confident. You did not catch HIV in this sexual relation

Thank you.

I think more than testing I could probably use a shrink.
The "what if's" my mind can come up with are staggering.
