noob's condom broke

i am a Filipino male in my late twenties and i lost my virginity about 2 weeks ago when i received oral sex (unprotected) and had vaginal intercourse (protected) w/ a female attendant at a local massage parlor here in Manila, Philippines.

i went back to the same massage parlor 2 days ago; i received oral sex (unprotected) and had vaginal intercourse (initially protected) with another female attendant. i had particularly vigorous sex with this masseuse and after the deed was done, i pulled out and saw that my condom had completely rolled down to the end of my penis; my head and my shaft were completely exposed, and i had ejaculated inside her vagina! i was exposed and vulnerable for no less than 15-20 minutes!

the condom i used was of a reputable brand so i am a terribly disappointed consumer(!) i also put a little water-based lubricant in the reservoir before putting it on for added sensation; i think this may have weakened it, but it was water-based so i have my doubts about it being a factor in the breakage.

my visibly upset masseuse said that she was tested and the college buddy who introduced me to this pleasure place assured me that all the attendants get tested. but i am forever the skeptic and will not take their word for it. so, given all the details that i had just related, these are my questions:

(1) what are the chances that I had contracted STD/s or HIV from this supposedly 'tested' masseuse?
(2) when is the best time for me to get tested for STD/s or HIV?

" the top part of the condom sheath was torn off when it broke during intercourse "

you can take a duo test at 4 weeks or an antibody test at 6 weeks.  both of these tests will give you a very good indication of your status.   follow up at 3 months for a conclusive result

As long as the head of your penis was covered you didn't have an exposure.

sorry for the confusion. the condom was pushed down like a ring at the end of my shaft and this is why my entire organ was exposed. the top part of the condom sheath was torn off when it broke during intercourse; it came out of her vagina when she was trying to expel my semen.

i'm a bit confused here.  if the condom had rolled down and completely exposed the head of your penis...then condom wouldn't be on your penis...it would have been inside her.
