Can you get HIV from sucking on a womans breast (you had intercourse with condom) and it turns out she is HIV. (IT CAN HAPPEN).
hiv is transmitted through breast milk in INFANTS. their immune systems are nowhere near that of an adult...so if a woman is lactating...NO...you cannot get hiv from this.
