need advice on exposure

about a year ago i had vaginal fluid come in contact with my finger that had a open sore on it from biting finger nail to close.  the fluid came from a brazilian girl at a strip club.  the sore was not bleeding but was red and tender.

I got tested at the doctor at 5 weeks negative
and tested again by the home access test at 15-16 weeks still negative.

my deal is I feel funny, my lymph node are sore on the right side of my neck, doctor confirmd that,
my neck feels like its always sunburned.  I have alergies because i have drainage constantly so throat is hoarse.

any advice,
what would any symptoms be at one year after exposure?? is there any or not, was i at risk
I dont know what to do,  im to chicken to test again because im scared these little things are symptoms that im infected.

pleae advise
