potential recent exposure to hiv

Hello, I have been looking at this site for the past three months and have found alot of helpful advice on here. Earlier this year had a sexual encounter with an escort, we had sex three times twice without protection, once with protection. I already know this is massively stupid and to be honest I still cant believe i did such a thing. I booked my self in to GUM clinic the very next day, I have since been tested three times, have given blood and urine the first day I went in and a week later my results were all normal. I went back two weeks later and gave a urine sample again and the results for that came back normal.
In between my second visit for a sample to be taken I went back to the GUM clinic, and spoke to a nurse there about PEP teatment but was told I was too low risk, part of me wishes they had given me it and i would of paid throught he nose for it as its meant to be 80% affective so some sites say anyhow. The nurse also told me to get in touch with the girl and ask her if she ahs been tested recently, which i did. To give some background on this girl who was only 19 and was from an area I know to be ok,infact i used to live near her parents home. She was a nice girl truth be told, and was doing escorting to pay for her flat whilst out of work, not a drug addict as far as I could tell, she seemed honest and clean anyhow. I emailed her and she got in touch straight away saying that normally she always has protected sex (which would agree with her online listing) and she has been tested recently and was clean. Now I took this as a huge relief as I was worried sick, losing sleep and not eating. The first and second test results being normal made me feel at ease.
However I had my latest blood sample taken yesterday, which is exactly 12 weeks after my possible xposure, i am feeling sick again and really panicking now, I think i have made myself ill with stress and lack of sleep. My main concern in HIV, I have PSORIASIS and do occassionally get a patch under my foreskin. I do use medicationn for this but it must increase my chance sof getting hiv. I am just wondering if I came back clear for other infections what are my chances of contracting hiv still?

your 3 month test will be conclusive..
your past two negative result is good news..
symptoms is not a indication for diagnosis for hiv..maybe you are experiencing symptoms as you are very anxious

I have had no symptoms during this 3 months period until now, and normally i am very rarely ill but there is a stomach bug going round and like you said it is most likely due to my anxiety and stress I have an exam today but this HIV test is taking up most of my thoughts.
