hiv

hi, please in November 2013 I had an unprotected sex with a call girl. In February 2014, I suffered a fever that the doctors upon tests could not diagnose and felt to be cold. Later in 2014 I started having itches which developed to goose pimple like rashes. This has persisted though on and off till now. I also have this dry lips that got so bad beginning of this winter and formed a wound on my lips. Upon applying an ointment on it, it went later on. What do you make of this

Please I had a test today which is not out yet. However I observed I have been feeling feverish though I have not gotten down with it. I also noticed a boil on my jaw and now remember I have had one on my ear and eye sometime this year.

No. They do not start this late after infection..you would have gotten hit within two up to maybe 4 weeks after infection.
At three months your symptoms would have been caused by something other than HIV.
However, not all infections are accompanied with ARS.
Don;t focus on symptoms.
You should get tested now and then you will know for sure.
Based on your post you had a one time exposure. The statistical probability you got infected is exceedingly low. Just get a test and be done with it.

Do the symptoms start as far as 3 months after exposure. I just want to have a mild heart to sleep tonight before I go for a test tomorrow

We cannot discuss symptoms. If you had unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse then a test now would be conclusive.
