risk HIV - cut at the base of my penis

Hello everyone,

last night i was trimming my pubic hair and got cut at the base of my penis. a small cut but i was bleeding .

an hour later i was walking with a guy that i don't really know. he barely touched my penis. i on the other hand wanted him for a while before i finished myself off.

do you you think there was a risk, considered that as far as i can see there was still a bit of blood on the cut?
i don't  think he had a lot of precum and before i switched from his shaft to mine i dried my hand on my skin..

Stil no risk for HIV, other stds can be passed by skin to skin contact although extremely unlikely :)
