so worry, please help

Dear Doc,
i am 30yrs old male who had unprotected sex with unknown female in asia on sept 20th 2008, since i came back to US about 3wks later i started having bad tonsilitis last for 2wks, while there were no other symptoms else as diahhrea, rash, white patch on touge or mouth or swollen nodes under arms or groins region. Up to the end of january 2009, i start having headache everyday, tired, vision blurred, stomache upset,and also does joints on my left hand till now. are these systoms am describing related to hiv infection Now i am living worry and losing my mind.???? Your advise and guidedance would be very helpful

You need to take an HIV test - it's been over 3 months after exposure, so it will be conclusive.

No your symptoms do not sound like ARS and you cannot go by symptoms to diagnose HIV. You put yourself at risk by having unprotected sex. You can test now and your results will be conclusive. Use latex condoms and you won't find yourself in this situation.
