still woried

i had protected sex witha sex worker in oct about a week later i was extremely nauseous and 3 days later i got a sore throat that was the worst i ever experienced. i then woke up with a numb big toe which is still bothering me, about 2 weeks later i had carpel tunnel and a trapped ulnar nerve in both hands , now the numb toe is almost gone but the sensory nerves in both legs have a burning sensation and reduced reflex in ankle and knee. i did a pcr test and elisa at 5 weeks and 4 days both neg, i then had an oral swab at 8 weeks neg and then again at 11 weeks and 4 days also neg. ive also tested for all stds at 11 weeks everything was neg. is the 11 week test conclusive or should i have another it is now 16 weeks. im also eating well but losing weight i am a male who weighed about 218 when this started and i am now at 209
