I am scared but cannot ask a friend or a family member about this.

I would greatly appreciate your help if you can answer my question at your earliest convenience. I first apologize for taking away your time but my worry has over-consumed me.

I basically had an oral surgery one day, at very upper mouth gum between two root canals, and went to a topless club three days later. I still had a swollen gum that was bleeding if pressure was applied to the gum-- thus I would call it a bleeding gum. I received a lap dance from a dancer. I did not have any sexual insertion and I did not kiss her on lips or vaginal area. I did kiss her neck without biting it but I do not worry about it since all I felt was her sweat. But, because she did a great job at exciting me, I did suck her exposed nipples for two mins or so.  Her nipples seemed initially dried and I did not find them wet with saliva or blood before I sucked them. But, I cannot rule out such a possibility since someone else might have done so before I did and the dance room had only a dim light.

Since I came home, I had been worried about the possibility that another guy might have left his saliva or blood on her nipples and I might have taken it in through my bleeding gum. Or what if I had ended up making her nipples bleed and that blood had gone through my bleeding gum? I do not recall biting it hard or seeing visible blood due to my bite. I did not feel any substantial liquid on her nipples either but still this possibility worries me deeply since you cannot necessarily sense blood or a different liquid when in a very small amount. Under this possibility, what would be my risk of contracting HIV or any other STD? By the way, she did dance on a public stage several mins before giving me a lapdance, so there was a short time of a break between me and any guy prior to me (whom I did not get to see but who I am sure existed)... I am not sure if this factor matters in your analysis.
