What is my Level of Risk for STD/HIV ? Iam From India

iam from india , iam 25 yr old male ,i had a protected sex on dec 1 2016 with a prostitute( she was about 24 age ). She had a condom (durex i think) and she inserted the condom for me , it seems correct dont know fully, while end of sex removing condom seems perfect ( as my semen was inside it and she stopped continuing ) as im not sure since i was eager to leave the place and before that i done a masturbation on the toilet also . i had shaved my penis 1-2 days before the exposure so worried if cuts were there even though used condom . it was my first time and sex lasted only about 15 minutes. Insertion ( not so hard ) and breast sucking ( 1 - 2 minutes ), she doesnt allow me to kiss her as she seems scared of it i dont know fully. I had my penis inside vagina stable for 2-4 minutes since talking with condom another worry too .After 32 days of worry ( jan 2 2017 ) i consulted a doctor and 4th gen Elissa HIV 1 - 2  p24 antigen and antibody ( Combo i think ) and Rna pcr which both turned negative  as RNA PCR Quantitative (<100UI/ml ) and 4th Elissa combined antibody/antigen COI 0.201 Non reactive ,  i noticed few moles on bodies and penis ( about 4 ) which dont bother me as some are like i had previously had and some i think new or not dont know. Also Does Shaving my genital part with razor and trimmer( some small Cuts were there i think as far as i know no blood spilling occured but had small pain over the area for 15 days i think due to shave ) including the shaft before 1 or 2 days ( min one day ) before the sex can cause the HIV transmission?.Do i need to retest after 3 months?. Iam Really worried please help

My Questions are

1 . How accurate would be my tests, Do i need to Test again

2. Can Breast / Nipple Sucking infections (less than 5 min Dont know if milk was there she as 24 n not married i think )

3. Can Shaving genital part  1 or 2 days before ( as i think there was some burning sensation due to shave ) can transmit disease if condom doesnt cover fully?

4. Is having moles like black spots ( 3 or 4 small on penis skin ) dots like non irritational or non bothering thing appearing in Penis (skin )like  our body any Symptom or can i leave it without worry ?

4. Is there Much to worry about this or Can i Move on ?
