worried do i have hiv?

i am straight male,but done terrible mistake of life,total none sense i have 3 time oral sex with a man and 1 time protected anal sex with him.
after 10 days i got all the symptoms abdominal pain,nausea,weight loss 4 kg,white tongue,night sweating,fatigue
no fever,no flue,no lymph nodes
i have tested 6 weeks elisa test it came back negative waiting for 3 months test
time is killing me please help me about my risk

The Drs say oral is no risk for hiv and you used protection for penetration.
A 6 week negative is way more conclusive you are negative and unlikely to change even if you didn't use a condom.
See your Dr and look for other possibilities why you don't feel well. Other STDs and STIs are more probable than HIV.

thanks so much for the reply, does 6 week negative test changes at 3 month?
i am not gaining weight and also have nausea,fatiguethats why think so all other symptoms are disappeared but only nausea fatigue and weight problem.Thanks you are doing great job
