Can back pain be associated with hear disease

I have a bad back. I've had 2 major back surgeries but was wondering if part or all the back which is now in my mid and upper sections of my could be related to heart disease. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will be glad to supply any additional information if needed.
Thank-you

I have heart disease and I do have some back discomfort in my upper back.  I wouldn't describe it as pain, though. It's more of a tingling sensation.  I does from time to time get painful and annoying. How would you describe your pain, and have you been diagnosed with any heart disease?
