Can someone help me?

I am pretty healthy 5'3"; 112 lbs. It started about 16 months ago, chest pain, shortness of breath, leg discomfort. Found mitral valve prolapse with an echo. It would come and go. Well Nov. 08 I started having severe leg pains, still having shortness of breath, chest pains, back pains, left arm pains.  Mainly most of the pain was in the left leg, left arm.  PCP said it was just mitral valve. I went to the ER they said stress.  So 3 weeks ago, I was sitting at work and got really sick to my stomach and collapsed. Rushed me to the hospital for me to sit in the waiting room for 13 hours for them to tell me to follow up with my PCP and a cardiologist. I just dont fit the typical heart patient.  Symptoms were nausea, chest tightness into the neck, left arm and both leg pains, but more the left.  I went to a cardiologist and she said she didnt think it was anything. I got a second opinion and they did a stress dye test done.  All of my EKG's are normal, BP is normal. They also did blood work yesterday to check my thyroid and choloesterol. I do eat pretty bad. The pains are usually worse at night when I am laying down or when I am sitting.  All of my blood enzyemes tests done in the hospital are fine.  Also have had several CT chest scans and xrays which are normal.
It progressively has gotten worse each day where I feel I am having a heart attack especially with the chest tightness into the neck.  I think I have blockage. There is a history in my family (grandparents) with bad heart. I do not smoke, or drink either.  I also had to wear a holter monitor.  Yesterday when doing the stress test. I was sitting heart rate was in the 80's and when I stood up it jumped into the 120's.  I do get palpatations but it doesnt scare me as much as this leg pain, chest tightness, arm pain and horrible neck pains. Feels like I am being strangled. I am sick of this waiting and do more tests.  I am afraid something bad is going to happen in the meantime if I do have a blockage.  I am not sure what step to take next.  Can anyone offer me any insight as to what they think is going on?
I also noticed on the left leg last night 2 dime sized bruised that are very hard and bumpy feeling.
Thanks

Thanks for getting back to me. I have to have an ultrasound done on my legs next week. They upped my BP medicine to see if this helps and told me to drink Gatorade for my legs.  My stress test was negative and all my blood work came back fine.  I had my gallbladder removed quite some time ago so I know it isn't that.  So hopefully they will figure this out soon before I go insane.  Thanks again!

Have you had an ultrasound of your legs to make sure that you do not have blockage in your legs?  Blockage in the legs can be quite serious.  Our relative actually lost one leg because of it and almost the other.  The doctors told her it was not a problem and then the leg turned black.  There are more than 100 people in our family all with heart disease.  None of them have complained about their legs hurting bad like you are explaining.  Their legs swell, but there is more pressure than anything else.  The nausea could be heart related (this is a symptoms of heart disease).  Also, have you had your gallbladder and stomach checked?  Gallbladder symptoms can created extremely bad chest pains and a stomach tumor can also create bad chest pains.  That might be something that you may want to rule out.  My grandmother had a huge benign stomach tumor and she thought for sure she was having a heart attack.  When she arrived at the hospital, the doctors told her that they were going to have a look at her stomach.  She had no idea that she had a tumor there and had no stomach problems.  The tumor was even ulcerated where it connected to the stomach.  Hope you get some answers soon.  Take care.
