I went yesterday and had a EKG done and it says, 63 bpm sinus rhythm is this good or bad?

You have an EKG that is within normal limits. Nothing to worry about. Bear in mind that many people with heart problems display a normal EKG except when they are having a problem. That is why a stress EKG or a chemically mediated stress EKG and an ultrasound are recommended when a person is exhibiting symptoms of cardiac malfunction (e.g. shortness of breath, air hunger, chest pain, etc...)

A lot depends on your age and your personal and family health history.  Did you have some symptoms that made you or your doctor think you needed and EKG?
