I think I am dying. Help me WITH ADVICE NOW!

Today I woke up with blood in my throat. See this:http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/5290/formycase.jpg

I'm having palpitations, hardness sensation in heart, bones sticking out of chest and lump in chest, pain in left side of chest, pain in kidney, and more.

I went to Mission Hospital but they refused to treat me telling my heart is fine (despite  having hooked me up to ecg for like 20 minutes while I was crying).

I'm 19 and weight 130 lb, I use medicaid and live in NC.

Right now I am in dire need of advice: Should I go to another city and get help from them, do somethign to force mission to treat me, or what?

I have no idea what to do, I live with a handicapped mother and it seems they're takign advantage of me because of this.

I think I'm being silently murdered.

Yesterday I came back from the ER on Ativan anxiety medicine. Today I woke up with palpitations and fluttering and arrythmia. My back also hurts a lot where the kidney/liver is when sitting.

WHAT DO I DO? PLEASE!

Ireneo, thank you for sharing your very warranted reminder. Please read below as I am fully aware of the circumstances I am in when posting a question such as this one.

I know. Unfortunate, but very true. Please be aware though that the Ativan anxiety medicine (which is supposed to reverse adverse chemical changes) is not removing the symptoms which are solely the cause of my anxiety and distress (such as protruding bones).

As I've stated in my yesterday's comment, I will be back today with some news, just hang tight.

I'm thinking that whatever is going on should be handled by a doctor. This is a forum for patients that can share their experiences with heart disease. We're not actually qualified to diagnose or recommend treatments. We've tried to "guess" what might be going on but that's as far as we can go.

I understand you're concerned and from the tone of your messages, the anxiety and worry is eating you alive (not literally). Please be aware that anxiety and stress will also cause some chemical changes in your body and trigger symptoms. I do hope a doctor can zero in on exactly what's happening with you. And for each test that comes back "normal", I hope you gain a bit of peace from that.

At the moment, as I am typing this while sitting in a slouched position on my bed, there is pain in the back where my stomach's situated.
(That area felt numb after I picked up my bed a few times to reach for something... it also felt numb when sitting behind steering wheel in my car.) Additionally, there is intense pressure in the left side of my frontal lobe, I read that I could be having an "aneurysm" (what ed34 previously mentioned) since steroid nasal spray for sinus congestions is not helping me. This started off with mild pressure on October of 2011 and has intensified over the months at different times of the day; when I engage in reading or talking with my mother the pressure is there and changes from mild to severe (another doctor called these tension headaches but I'm not totally sold on this as I haven't yet been offered a reason for WHY I am having them). I did have a CT scan of my head on December of 2011; however, the results from this test were normal. Should I try getting an MRI done as soon as possible? If I do, will it show the aneurysm if by chance I do have one?

Any other thoughts about what's been said in above conversations are welcome. I would also appreciate it if someone would answer my last question, keeping in mind that I won't treat as a definitive answer but rather a reflective opinoin.

I will start drinking more plain water, 2.5 liters or more as you recommended (equals to about five bottles with 20 fluid ounces of Deer Park h2o) and I will post a comment here in two days on how I am doing. Also, just as a precaution, I have purchased Flaxseed oil and started off with two tablespoons 2 times a day - one dose morning and another evening or at bedtime.
