I think I am dying. Help me WITH ADVICE NOW!

Today I woke up with blood in my throat. See this:http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/5290/formycase.jpg

I'm having palpitations, hardness sensation in heart, bones sticking out of chest and lump in chest, pain in left side of chest, pain in kidney, and more.

I went to Mission Hospital but they refused to treat me telling my heart is fine (despite  having hooked me up to ecg for like 20 minutes while I was crying).

I'm 19 and weight 130 lb, I use medicaid and live in NC.

Right now I am in dire need of advice: Should I go to another city and get help from them, do somethign to force mission to treat me, or what?

I have no idea what to do, I live with a handicapped mother and it seems they're takign advantage of me because of this.

I think I'm being silently murdered.

Yesterday I came back from the ER on Ativan anxiety medicine. Today I woke up with palpitations and fluttering and arrythmia. My back also hurts a lot where the kidney/liver is when sitting.

WHAT DO I DO? PLEASE!

10 minutes ago I had soup with sour spinach and potatoes along with egg roll with low-fat shrimp. Just now I had another portion of soup with nuts and fish fillets. I noticed my heart started beating as I was finishing this soup. I checked my pulse, it's 104 - I barely walked around the house. It's beating now and there is this mild but irritating pain in the left side.

All of these things started after ingesting food.

Any thoughts?

Update:
I just woke up and had no palpitations or anything like that, moving around still made heart beat a bit harder but nothing as bad as yesterday and before that.

Hi ED34, thank you so much for trying to help me, I apoligize if anything I say below is confusing or lacks details so please let me know if you want clarifications or more information. Again, thanks a lot.

"Doesn't sound heart related"
Good to hear that from someone I haven't grown great mistrust in lol, but what do you think the pain in left side of chest is if not my heart? I also felt sharp pains there when pulling a knob in shower. And again, after walking around some, there is hardness or a feeling like a rock is inside on the left side of my chest (i think in my hear). I've also been limping because of pain and weakness in right calf, and pain in left ankle. <This my Cardiologist knows about, but claims it's not because of my heart despite being stopped by 3 nurses while doing stress test and being hooked up to an ECG/EKG monitor and then having an ulrasound performed on me before and after the stress test. He also scheduled to see me in a year, which surprised the scheduling ladies when I walked up to them, limping because of pain in right ankle.
Also, did you look at the photo of the blood i spit out? What could that be from if it's not because there is something not right with my heart?

"I think you need to see a gastroenterologist."
I have an appointment to see a gastroenterologist on the middle of May, which is a long while from today. Because I'm suffering now pretty bad from pangs in right side of chest where bone is sticking out and pangs in the far right side of chest, abdominal pain before urinating, bowel incontinence (as mentioned above), pain in chest after certain food, constipation, and bowel movements every time I wake up when there is no constipation, I don't think I can wait THAT LONG to see the stomach doctor. I have pangs occasionally, pain in lower-mid abdomen only sometimes, constipation when I don't go to sleep and stay up for hours tired so I can endure in my condition but what other option do I have? I don't want to become more diseased or w.e. by not acting.

"They specialise in the stomach, intestines, liver and pancreas."
Ok, what about kidney? Also, could I have mild pain in that kidney/liver area from kidney stones or would I have a LOT of pain if there were?

"What is your diet like?"
First, I do not drink any caffeine, no alcohol, do no drugs, and do NOT smoke. Second, I try to avoid spicy foods, citrus, fatty foods and never drink carbonated beverages like sodas.
I drink colavita oil, eat brown rice, baked potatoes with those toppings, eat soups with lean ground beaf and eat maccoroni and cheese. I've been thinking about trying Flaxseed oil too, but haven't yet.

I've had bowel incontinence for a year and a half but never went to a doctor because of the nature of the problem...could it be that my heart was causing it and was desteriorating but i never knew? I DO remember being unusually aware of heart/pulse near belly button about several months after having incontinence. So something probably WAS happening to my heart, I just didn't know...

Any thoughts?

IRENEO, I do greatly appreciate your comment. I also forgot to mention that today I'm having headaches in back of left side of head, and had high pitched squeeling noise in left ear for like 2 seconds, went away for a brief moment, then came back again for 2 seconds. I freaked out when this happened....
