I think I am dying. Help me WITH ADVICE NOW!

Today I woke up with blood in my throat. See this:http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/5290/formycase.jpg

I'm having palpitations, hardness sensation in heart, bones sticking out of chest and lump in chest, pain in left side of chest, pain in kidney, and more.

I went to Mission Hospital but they refused to treat me telling my heart is fine (despite  having hooked me up to ecg for like 20 minutes while I was crying).

I'm 19 and weight 130 lb, I use medicaid and live in NC.

Right now I am in dire need of advice: Should I go to another city and get help from them, do somethign to force mission to treat me, or what?

I have no idea what to do, I live with a handicapped mother and it seems they're takign advantage of me because of this.

I think I'm being silently murdered.

Yesterday I came back from the ER on Ativan anxiety medicine. Today I woke up with palpitations and fluttering and arrythmia. My back also hurts a lot where the kidney/liver is when sitting.

WHAT DO I DO? PLEASE!

"I did not go to the link to look at whatever you posted but a trace of blood in the throat could be from severe coughing."
Please do, because it was a lot of dark red blood.

"You didn't mention it but that can cause that."
I only rarely cough, like 3-4 coughs, when leaning for something while on knees. Never "severe coughing."

"They checked your heart rhythm for 20 minutes apparently while you were feeling symptomatic."
I was sweating under hot blankets and had very hard heartbeats. Is this really nothing to even prescribe beta blockers for?

"They didn't find anything out of the ordinary with your heart."
Why did the doctor tell me that the uneven bones in neck are normal (he said our jaw bones aren't even and ran away soon after), ignored the lump in chest, and of course, ran away after I told him to feel my heart to see how bad it was beating?

"Perhaps it was a bit fast but considering how you're feeling, not unusual."
I have never felt such bad palpitations before, and again, anxiety medicine is not helping me. Today I noticed that when sitting in a certain position, my heart would calm down. So I think it's not psychological or something, though idk for sure.

"They probably checked your BP and temp. No problems there?"
I was having tremors and felt very hot inside, they didn't tell me what my temp. was but did cover me in HOT blankets. My pulse was 120 and my BP was over 130.

"If you're having pain in the mid back, it may be a kidney infection but that's a different test. Did they check?"
Today it's worse, but no they did no tests at all.

"The palpitations, feeling like there's a lump in your throat or chest could be due to some anxiety/panic"
There IS a lump. I can show you photos or go on vidchat and show you what's going on with me, sir!

"I'm not clear if your symptoms came on and you went to ER, ended up with Ativan or if the symptoms you're describing just started since you took an Ativan."
I had these symptoms for over two weeks now. I also had constipation for about 9 days in a row. Ativan is not helping me with heart, it only makes me feel less desperate and pecimistic.

"If you feel like your symptoms are getting worse, you may have to go in again and see if they can narrow down what's happening."
They are, but last time the doctor was very brusque and looked very carelessly at me, even somewhat rudely. Believe me or not... SO IM SCARED To go there again, what other options do I have? Can I complain to the staff at mission about this or something???

The palpitations, feeling like there's a lump in your throat or chest could be due to some anxiety/panic. I'm not clear if your symptoms came on and you went to ER, ended up with Ativan or if the symptoms you're describing just started since you took an Ativan.
