Unless you already have heart disease such as a previous heart attack, you don't need to do anything for a Right Bundle Branch Block. This is a bundle of nerves that runs down the right front of your heart that sends the electrical implulses for the muscle to beat. Sometimes the signal is interrupted which is a RBBB. This is a vary common finding and usually of no significance. There are no meds or tests required to treat this.
