Can someone explain this to me in English:

"There are attenuation artifacts in distal anteroseptal and lateral wall."

"No ishemic changes"

"High CVD risk"

Hi, well an attenuation artefact means that the photons couldn't pass through the different body tissue type densities to give a clear image. So in the area stated, the image is not clear to give an accurate diagnosis. However, the conclusion was that there are no ischemic changes. This means your heart was getting an adequate blood supply at rest and under stress. Why they have put "high CVD risk" is confusing? Do you have some risk factors? Perhaps they feel further investigation of the attenuated areas warrants further investigation with a CT or Angiogram?
