Can someone help me interpret my holter monitor results?

I am an 18 year old who used to do gymnastics not so long ago(had to quit due to an elbow injury). Lately I've been feeling dizzy and I feel like my ears get clogged and everything sounds like if I was under the water, I get tunnel vision, and my chest feels super heavy (not painful but heavy in a way where I feel like I am not capable of getting enough air, especially while inhaling), this is usually worse if I lay down flat on my back. The other day I fainted in college due to feeling this way and my blood pressure was very low so my mom took me to a cardiologist, he ran an electro and an echo and both were normal but due to my dizzy spells he decided to give me a 24-hr holter monitor and these were the results. (He also made me get a DNA test for my thyroid and everything came out normal).
