dizzy feeling lightheaded
I was yelling at my duaghter this morning and since I have been very dizzy almost past out and blurred vision. It has been about 1hr since and im still dizzy lightheadd and feel funny. i ate thinking my blood sugar was low but symptoms stillhere? i have enlarged heart but face feels funny like my cheek going numb on right side
