I have been having a lot of heart palpitations, very tired, and having trouble breathing when walking or sitting.  They have ordered a pulmonary respiratory test for Aug 6.  According to my doctors this is nothing to worry about that I have a fine heart.

hmm
The mitral valve is leaking mildly and this means it isn't fully closing, allowing a leak
of blood when closed. Mild is not anything to worry about.
The Tricuspid valve is moderately leaking but the pressure in the chamber is normal.
Due to this normal pressure, further echoscans should be scheduled for every year to
ensure things aren't getting worse. The walls between the heart chambers are healthy.
The pulmonic valve also shows leaks but it doesn't state what the extent is. I would have thought 'trace' is referring to very mild.
As a matter of interest, what symptoms are you getting? Many people have leaks and never know about it.
