First off all thank you all for your time..My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you with any type of heart disease
I will make this short and sweet....Recently went into cardiologist for full rundown becouse my BP is running a tad high
Echo: EFV 59%
mild miral and tricuspid regurgitation...trace pulmonic..aortic valve normal, everything else normal
Stress test was fine, holter moniter was good max HR recorded was 160 during workout, average HR was in high 50s..I did have a few extra beats at one time
Renal artery Ultrasound was normal, kidney ultrasound i get the results next week, but they could tell me it was normal size....Basically, the BP issue is more then likely due to high anxiety, 150/90 in DR office, but when I take it during the day at work its generally 137/73, but at times it does run 140s over 80s....Never in the 150/90s but I get big time anxiety in the DR. office
Basically, Im worried about my leaky valves..Cardiologist said this is common with the population, and that many people suffer from mild regurgitation...Could be a chamber pressure issue??
Anyway, Im worried that this is abnormal for being so young?? and also if its mild regurg now, it may be major in just 20 years?? Cardio told me not to worry, but im a bit of a hypochondriac by nature
short and sweet turned into long and dull!! anyway I would appreciate some feedback from anyone with similiar results
