1 month since ablation

Today marks the 1 month anniversary of my abaltion for A fib and pvcs. This is the last day I will wear the event monitor. I am happy to say that as the days have passed I have had fewer and fewer attempts by the arrhymia monster to make its presence known. Any attempts have been WAY less strong and I feel about a 100 times better and I have not had to touch the monitor record button.  Still on the warfarin until my levels become stable but I have a Protime this morning  to see where I stand. So glad I had this procedure done. Anyone on the fence about it should really consider having it done. So far it has worked for me.

I agree that positive comments are helpful and hopeful for all of us on this site. I know they have certainly helped me way before I made the decision to have the ablation. Yesterdays Protime was in theraputic range (finally) and I am grateful for that. Thank you to all for your support.

Congrats on your successful procedure. I am at 3 months post my ablation for SVT and AFIB,   so far so good.    My pvc's are still around but they are better I am even down to 12.5mg of Atenolol and things are quiet.   I hope we both keep on the arrythmia free highway!

Always nice to hear good news and positive results!!  I think the support boards tend to skew on the negative side as only folks with current issues are seeking support, which makes sense.  Appreciate your positive story!
