Thank you so much guys for your answers, i can exercise really well when it comes to intensity, its just that my heart gets irritated easily, some days when i dont think about having pvcs and not worry about anything i can exercise without any pvcs so sometimes i think its anxiety related, just to think about it during à workout can bring them on for me. So maybe its anxiety related and i hope its not à concern but again i dont know? Thanks again for the support !
Thank you so much guys for your answers, i can exercise really well when it comes to intensity, its just that my heart gets irritated easily, some days when i done think about it i can exercise without a single pvc, maybe its because im so stressed about it that my heart starts acting like this ? Thank you for you answer, i feel better that im not the only one, did your cardiologist said anything about pvcs in relation to exercise ?
PVCs are really common. If they were a risk during exercise wouldn't you read a lot about it or hear about it?
I've been getting them during exercise since I was in my teens. I'm 48 now. Avid rower and runner. Usually when I get them, I focus hard on the activity. It's hard to draw your attention from them, but you can't let them stop you from living.
I definitely understand your concerns, Kadam. I have them, too, and stay in constant concern that something will happen to me while I'm in public. It hasn't though, and we can take comfort in that. I think there are things we have to do in our minds to help lessen them, or at least look over them, and for you that seems to be the defib machine at the gym. My practitioner suggested Atenolol to mask the symptoms. The PVCs would still be there, but I would not feel them. I chose to take the prescription, but haven't taken them yet. I would rather not mask my PVCs and know that I have them, than to have them and not know what's happening in my body.
