Are PVCs during exercice dangerous ?

Hello everyone i have already posted à similar question but i would appreciate abit more info. I have Been diagnose with pvcs  (confirmed on stress test and holter ) that get worse during exercise. My cardiologist and primary care told me to keep exercising but i am in fear and losing hope. I don't get how this things are benign even if they happen more during exercise. Arent exercice supposed to make them go away ? What could be the cause of pvcs during exercice and i also get them during the recovery phase. The only reason why i still exercise is because there is à defibrilator in my gym. I dont feel safe at all and i feel that i can drop dead anytime.
Btw all the test are négativ, clean echo.
Thank you for your help, i can't take it anymore, its ruining my life and im only 20 :(

Thank you so much guys for your answers, i can exercise really well when it comes to intensity, its just that my heart gets irritated easily, some days when i dont think about having pvcs and not worry about anything i can exercise without any pvcs so sometimes i think its anxiety related, just to think about it during à workout can bring them on for me. So maybe its anxiety related and i hope its not à concern but again i dont know? Thanks again for the support !

He only encouraged me to exercise more, but I believe that is up to the individual, how much they can exercise, based on their own opinion.  Don't give up.  It's troublesome, and can be a scary thing, but we're all still here talking about it and that's a plus!

PVCs are really common.  If they were a risk during exercise wouldn't you read a lot about it or hear about it?

I've been getting them during exercise since I was in my teens.  I'm 48 now.  Avid rower and runner.  Usually when I get them, I focus hard on the activity.  It's hard to draw your attention from them, but you can't let them stop you from living.

I definitely understand your concerns, Kadam.  I have them, too, and stay in constant concern that something will happen to me while I'm in public.  It hasn't though, and we can take comfort in that.  I think there are things we have to do in our minds to help lessen them, or at least look over them, and for you that seems to be the defib machine at the gym.  My practitioner suggested Atenolol to mask the symptoms. The PVCs would still be there, but I would not feel them.  I chose to take the prescription, but haven't taken them yet.  I would rather not mask my PVCs and know that I have them, than to have them and not know what's happening in my body.
