Burning left side and weird heart beats

I had my gallbladder removed a year ago. I cannot eat like I use to unless I’m around a bathroom(which I was told could happen) anyway, now my left rib burns. I’ve had a leaky valve since birth. But for the last few months it feels like I have two heart beats then my left side burns and makes me want to throw up. I am not pregnant!! I went from a size 18 to a size 8-10 in less then a year(since my gallbladder removed) I’m always tired, I know something is wrong but no doctor will listen to me! It took me a year to get my gallbladder removed because they said nothing was wrong with me. I have a 3 year old and I don’t want to end up in a grave!!! Also I do not eat any fatty foods I stick to my diets because it’s hell with out a gallbladder! Anyone else have this issue? I’m thinking my spleen is going bad but I’m not a doctor.
