I feel cheated!

Sorry this is more of a rant of something I've seen lately than anything else; not meant to offend anyone but I have a HUGE issue with something and no I'm not dissing MH - I just get frustrated with it sometimes...esp the lack of edit button lol

2 or 3 times in the past months I've seen a doctor answer in this forum - normally they answer a new member and they won't address those posters who have been here many for years who have legitmate concerns and questions!  how do they pick and choose what questions to be answered? I've tried to see what they answer hoping it's something that may relate to others who post with questions also.

sorry, it may be the pain from my spine talking or the irritability of knowing there IS a doctor here who can answer questions...I've asked questions in the expert forum and noticed for a few weeks doctors there also didn't answer and left many unanswered.

hate to be a nuisance sorry

Actually, I can explain that as well as I have asked about that. There are several doctors that reply to posts on the Expert Forum, some are better at getting around to it than others, but all are volunteering their time so it's hard to complain. They rotate, each doctor has an assigned week. What happens when they get behind, they may wait until late in the week and catch up on all the questions posted during their assigned week and leave the older posts for the doctor's assigned to them. As I said, all treat it differently, some will go ahead and answer all questions that are without an answer, some will only do their own leaving big gaps until a doctor gets to them.

It's frustrating for posters I'm sure, but it's a free service so I am appreciative for what they do and try to understand.

it's understandable they're taking their free time to answer...that was just a side note about the expert forum because some asked where's my answer; I don't think some new members understand and I saw a couple getting frustrated over dr's not answering - but yet not willing to pay the $$ for the paid service

the reason i posted this thread was specifically to ask about the ones here in the HR member community on May 30...but there's a few explanations.

I'll never find an answer - just had another EP tell me my case is just way too complicated and maybe they'll never know the answers to my problems.
