Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia ..now heart rate in 60-70s no medicine

I am 30 yrs old.. I was diagnosed with innapropriate sinus tachycardia around the age of 17 or so. My resting heart rate was always in the 100's. most of the time closer to 120. I have had every test possible.. multiple stress tests, monitors, echo's and nothing else came up... I have been on and off beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, etc... even then the lowest if ever got was in the 90's.
I just recently had a baby. he is 3 months old. After delivery I had high blood pressure, ranging in the 160s/110 ranges... my cardiologist increased my metoprolo to 100mg 2 x daily to control the BP.. if my BP goes up my heart rate decreases.. the past few weeks however I have noticed my BP is now in the normal ranges, with no medication. I stopped all of my medicine and have been completely off of it for the past 4-5 weeks. I now experience heart rates as low as in the mid to low 50's with no medication. I am also experience short periods of dizziness. most of the day my heart rate is staying in the 80-70 range.. which is low for me considering the past 10+ years it was always in the 100s. does anyone know of innapropriate sinus tachycardia reversing on its own over the years??

I had an EKG last week and it was normal.. now wearing a 30 day event monitor.... have not had an echo yet.

I dont know the answer to your Q but wanted to throw an idea out there.

Conditions such as anemia and hormonal imbalances (for example, too much/too little thyroid hormone) can impact BP, heart rate, palpation's etc.  Have you had blood work recently to make sure your values are within normal parameters (especially since you gave birth very recently)?
