Irregular heartbeat

I'd like to upload some scans made on a hand-held ECG I own, but the associated software doesn't produce .jpg files so I had to take screenshots. These leave me with .png files and when I try to upload them as photos I get the message "Internal server error." Is there any way I can upload .png files here please?

Answering my own question, looks like I'll have to find some kind of video converter. I'd like to delete my post now but this system doesn't seem to cater for that.
