Strong Heart beat/ pulsing/ Apon Waking

When i wake up every day my heart is Racing. Strong, pulsing back of head. any ideas why??  Had all tests was normal. happens every day. on metropolo  have thyroid probblem but regulated. this only happens in the early morning apon waking up???calms down in  about 10 min/then normal rest of day/  any one know  why? thanks. had a total tyroectamy 6 months agao.  they say im right with meds now. feel normal all day excepot in the morning this happens.

it might be due to your thyroid problem, thats why ur given metroprolol. how long have u been feeling like this? and how long have u been diagnosed with thyroid problem?
