I can somehow control my hearth speedrate

Hello everyone, I want to discuss something, I do not call it an issue since I don't feel it's hurting me but it's quite strange. I've started experiencing it 5 or 6 years ago when I was 13, usually at night when laid on bed, now I am 19. At this time I can do this whenever I want.
I'll try to describe it:
It's like a rush trough my body, I feel like fluids in my body are circulating faster, I presume there is also some neuronal response since a big number of my muscles start having very little spasms. I feel like something accumulating in my chest, I can' tell if it's heat or something. During this experience, which I struggle to maintain more than 5 seconds, more or less, I feel like a tickling sensation, I can't describe if I like it or not. Also, I feel even something moving in my brain, when I start doing this thing I feel like a little pulse, I can't think if it's blood moving faster or any other thing. During this lapse of time my heart beats really fast, once I measured it and from an average of 64 bpm I arrived to over 100 bpm while standing still. After I ''release'' this thing I feel like when you get scared, but not the immediate hearth thud you feel when you get scared, it's more like the moment right after it, I feel a tiring sensation in my chest and hearth releasing some kid of pressure. I still don't know what really happens in my body, neither I know how I do it. If you know something about it please refer it to me, I would like to know what it is exactly and if it has any kind of purpose. I don't have any kind of problem with my circulatory system, all the ecgs show my hearth work just normal, I haven't done on while I do this ''thing'', do you suggest it would be of help asking a doctor some kind of analisys?

In my opinion You are having panic attacks. I get the same way when I get them. Read this book. "Stop Running Scared"  this book helped me stop getting panic attacks.

It sounds at the least like some kind of hyperawareness of normal bodily 'noise.'  At the medium level of concern, possibly some kind of neurosis.

The issue would be that there is no point to this activity.  You describe no signs of physical illness.  You do describe some signs of obsessive behavior.

If this takes up more than about 30 seconds per month of your life, I would suggest discussing it with a mental health counselor.

myoclonic jerks, or perhaps myoclonic dystonia.  complete amateurish guess on my part.
