pulse in my chest center

Having problems with irregular pulses in the center of my chest ( Heart ???) not totally sure , but most times it keeps me up at night. Feel like it's coming from my throat... Tried Privacid 14 days to know avail , thought it may be due to esaphagus problems. Not totally sure , it goes away for a few days and returns..  Please Help.....

You may want to talk to your doc is sounds like alot of your symptoms could be a hiatal hernia.  And that my friend def comes from the stomach and throat.   If it were heart related it would most likely be felt either underneath your jaw or at the sides of your windpipe if we are speaking of the neck and throat area.  If that was my body i would keep a little diary for about a week and write down everything that i ate or drank during those 24 hour periods and you may be able to do process of elimination if on certain days you ate the same thing and then the same prob. came up.  You want to always be safe and if you truly feel it is your heart i would def. see your doc but to me it sounds diet related.  Its very normal to feel irregularities of the heart when you are in bed and you are not active and its quiet.  You'll notice and hear everything.....but i would be safe and rule out any heart issues and see the doc but you sound to me like you'll be fine.  Good Luck

will do thanks a bunch.... Another thing I noticed is when I eat it sometimes soothes it and sometimes after I eat it feels like surges coming from my throat....  Please Advise

You might try taking your pulse at your wrist too when that happens. Then you can tell if your heart is beating funny in time with the irregular beats in your chest. I've had little muscle twitches in my chest that do that. But I also have plenty of irregular beats from my heart. I notice them more at night simply because I'm still and things are quiet. My heart beats funny all day long too but not so noticeable.

If this is new for you, ask your doctor to check it out. There are plenty of harmless arrhythmias that can happen but it's nice to know for sure what's going on.
