Just recently I joined the gym, and noticed that after half an hour excercise, my heart begins to struggle. I go really lightheaded and dizzy, and my heart easily hits the 200bpm mark. Then it begins skipping for a while, really struggling to keep up the pace. Last week my heart felt like it was quivering/fluttering in my chest, I couldnt breathe and it began to stop beating for 2-4seconds at a time.
Ive also began to have forceful palpitations whilst outside the gym. Is this normal for a 21 year old female?
