having pvcs in the heart

i have been getting  pvc's  in my heart it just started happining one day and has not quit. i have seen a heart doctor and i am on a beta blocker. he told me they are not harmful to me but i just dont feel good they happen alot and i get light headed. I had my thyroid killed about 10 years ago and my t4 is 13.8 very low i was on the 150 mg synthroid the heart doctor has me on the 175 mg  now to see if it stops the pvc"s it has not and they seem to be getting worse. my question is why did this start happining and how does it stop could it be something more? I have had a stress test and it was normal but it was before the pvc's started. How are these not harmful to your heart? I am 35 years old. please help!

9 times out of 10 an ablation procedure could be more risky than trying other methods or do nothing at all.  Unless you are experiencing TONS and I mean A LOT of PvC;s well over the 15000 in a 24 hour period, I would not even consider an ablation.  I work in the OR at a major hospital, and I have seen things go wrong and terribly wrong with simple Cardiac caths and ablation procedures.  Your symptoms are more than likely not going to warrant a surgical procedure.

Sorry to say, medicine is still a "practice" not a "science".  Many health issues are understood only at the symptom level, medicine does not know what causes them or how to cure them.

Unfortunately too, as I read posts on this Community, PVC is one of the heart conditions that comes "out of nowhere" and isn't easy to cure.  Some people respond to medications better than others, but to my knowledge, medications never cure the condition.

I believe PVC symptoms do sometimes respond to the ablation procedure.
