Does anyone have any ideas what this sounds like, uncontrollable heart rate & pain??

HI, I'm 20 (female) years old and I'm having ALOT of issues, and doctors cannot figure out what is wrong and I am going crazy trying to figure this out. This has all happened very recently let me say. All of a sudden I have high blood pressure, I have an UNCONTROLLABLE heart rate, migraines and headaches that never go away, severe fatigue, confusion, dizziness, pain from head to toe and just an over all feeling of terrible :( I wake up in the morning and my heart rate is around the 140's and stays this way for 4-5 hours. My blood pressure is constantly high, the lowest it goes is about 198/48. If I do anything, simple as walking across my apartment, my heart starts pounding so hard and fast it cause tremendous pain in my back & chest. Now my first doctor has put me on metoprolol 100mg once a day, and it just doesn't seem to be doing anything. My heart rate when Im sitting down, not doing anything is anywhere from 80-100 :/ I am in so much pain. It beats so hard my whole body seems to shake, and this never goes away and it rarely subsides. My doctor told me I also have a floppy valve and mild regurgitation in my heart and my heart walls have a slightly thickened...but he wants to do nothing about it, when I tell him whats going on, he tells me to go home and loose 20 pounds and then we will go from there :( It is so frustrating and as I said I am loosing my mind and at my wits end. If ANYBODY has any info, or advice or input, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I almost hate to bring this disorder up, because it is very rare, somewhat troublesome to diagnose, and because the symptoms can be part of many other conditions, but what you are experiencing makes me think of Pheochromocytoma, a strange tumor of the adrenal gland:

An endocrinologist would be the best doc to investigate this possiblity (as well as thyroid problems).

No I haven't had that checked yet but I have a docs apt to get it checked within the next couple of weeks .And Im doing my best to avoid all those foods and have gone over to fresh meat & vegetables, no boxed or processed foods, but still having serious heart burn and acid reflux, go through a bottle of tums in a few days :/ I get so exhausted so quick, profuse sweating, like if I do anything, just standing up and talking to some one!! I def think my levels are off.

Have you had your thyroid checked?  Thyroid issues can cause problems with tachycardia but unfortunately it can be difficult to find the cause for sinus tachycardia.  I would say get your electrolytes checked to make sure you are in balance.  Avoid salt, caffeine and sugary foods.  Manage any acid reflux if you have it and drink lots and lots of water to see if that helps. I do hope you are able to find some relief soon.  Take care.
