If it is any consolation I had some bigeminy myself today.  Yeah I feel them and it feels weird but it really isn't anything to stress about.  They might make me cough and sometimes I might feel a pain for a few minutes but it never lasts.  The pvcs and any discomfort go away after awhile.  Am I distracted by them, sometimes but I also know that in the grand scheme of things they aren't going to kill me so I just do what I can to ignore them.  As much as I would like to find a cure there isn't one at this time so the best we can do is not let them take over our life.  You deserve to be happy not depressed.  Don't let these little annoyances drag you down.  I think your bp may be a bit high simply because you are worrying.  Turn that worry into determination to stand strong so you can live the best life possible.  We are always here if you need to talk but do know you are not alone.  Hang in there things will get better.

They told me at the cardiac fitness center I go to that cardiac patients should not have their head below their hearts.  In other words, when you're bending over, it may cause you issues.  I also think it just shifts things around so there may be more pressure on your heart, making it irritable.  Just my 2 cents.  Good luck

There are a couple of reasons for people to get pvcs and pacs.  One reason is there is a spot in the heart that is irritated and has become rouge so to speak throwing beats now and again for no good reason.  The other reason for the ectopics is that the heart is compensating for a possible problem and the beat gets thrown to try and ensure all the blood is properly pushed through the heart so there isn't an overload.  I don't know if my explanation is exactly correct but that is how I understand it.  I think the reason we throw them when we bend is our heart gets a bit deformed when we change positions so it is possible this is causing an irritated spot to fire or some sort of block is occurring when we are in a particular position and the ectopics fire as a way to keep the heart pumping proper.  I hesitate to say why yours are firing but from what I have been reading to some degree ectopics are a good thing for us because they are more of a safety mechanism than anything else.  That said, it is possible for the safety mechanism to go a bit overboard I would assume especially in the case where someone is throwing a lot of beats from different areas but unless we are having over 20,000 a day I have been told they are really of no concern to the health of our heart in the long run.

I will also comment on your question about vtach.  I saw you post in an older thread and it is possible the person you asked is no longer active.  vtach is a run of 3 or more pvcs in a row.  You mentioned you felt beat pause beat beat pause.  This sounds more like a bit of bigeminy with a possible couplet thrown in but not vtach.  It could even have been a few beats before the next ectopic.  But if you were in vtach you likely wouldn't feel the pause.  I get bigeminy and it feels like flutters and pauses very close together kind of how you describe.  In contrast I had what I believe to be a run of vtach that felt more like a constant week vibration that lasted for maybe 5 seconds.  That said, nonsustained VT is really of no concern in an otherwise healthy heart.  Nonsustained meaning lasting shorter than 30 seconds.  Also, if you have no symptoms other than funny feelings when you get the ectopics then there really is nothing to be concerned about.  Even full fledged VT is not necessarily going to kill you.  You would want to get to an ER if you do happen to develop it and it doesn't stop but having it isn't an immediate death sentence.  Worrying about possibly getting it will likely take its toll on you more quickly.  It will definitely cause you to have more ectopics.  So at this point I wouldn't worry too much about what you are feeling.  If you haven't had a full workup of your heart then I would say definitely go and get checked out since it is a good idea to establish that your heart is healthy since you are having the ectopics.  But if your heart has been deemed healthy try to put all the oddities you are feeling aside and just deal with any worsening symptoms if they ever show up.  People go their whole lives with all sorts of weird heart things and never die of heart trouble.  I know it is easier said than done but you really don't have anything to worry about.  I know it is kind of a bummer that you are one of the unlucky ones who feels all these goofy heart doings but just know you aren't alone.  There are a lot here who know just what you are going through so if you ever need to talk we are here.  Take care and try not too worry too much.  I really think you have got a lot of life left in you.  : )
