I am a 32-year-old female who has been having PVC for over 10 years. Last October, I underwent a scope on my knee and ended up going into v-tac during the surgery (I'm not sure for how long or how I was brought out of it). I was referred to a cardiologist to have further testing. I wore a halter monitor for a weekend and had a scheduled echo a month later. The echo showed a dilation of the left ventricle and regurgitation of the aortic and mitral valve. Due to the results, my cardiologist had an event monitor mailed to my house and I had blood work completed. My blood work is all within normal limits. For months now, I have been getting dizzy, very fatigued and light headed, and sometimes I feel like I just sprinted across a room. Upon checking my heart rate during these events, I was told that my heart rate goes up to 125-130. I have to be in the event monitor for 3 more weeks, but am so frustrated that I have been given all of these results with not treatment plan put in place. Can anyone please help me by giving me some information about what might happen or what everything means? I am supposed to have a total knee replacement, but have had to put everything on hold until I know it is same for me to undergo surgery. I know it is not normal for a me to have tachycardia daily is it?
