Hemorrhoids or parasite?
At the beginning of this year I started reading up on parasites, fully knowing my intense fear of them, and after reading the symptoms I've made myself have anal itching that I never complained about prior. Now I actually do suffer from anal itching. My anus feels very cut and it burns and itches, but I also have a tickling sensation inside of my anus as well and I feel like I feel movement. I'll randomly have a buzzing sensation on and off and sometimes sharp pain. Not only do I itch at night, I itch during the day too. I'm not sure if it's hemorrhoids, anal fissures, or pinworms? I'm just confused because I never had these symptoms before I learned about it and my anxiety is off the hook!!! People think I'm just paranoid but I genuinely feel all of this and it very much bothers me. Does anybody have any clue to what this is?
