Hi,
I was diagnosed with hepatitis B few years ago and couldn't take vaccination because doctor said: "Unless your condition is BETTER and STEADY, you should not take vaccine."
Very recently I have got my medical test results for Hepatitis B. The recent test results are given below. I would really appreciate if any professional could interpret the results for me.
1. ALT (SGPT) = 15.90 U/L [Given reference value on the result for men: 0.01-41.0 U/L]
2. HBeAg = Non-Reactive (S/CO: 0.297) [Given reference value on the result: Non-Reactive is =1.0]
3. HBV DNA Viral Load (PCR tech. , CFX 96 instrument, Altona HBV PCR Kit reagent) = 332 IU/ml [Result shows Viremia]. Back in 2010, HBV DNA Viral Load showed: "Virus not detected."
Please provide your valuable comments and opinions on these test results. I am really worried.
Thank you.
