Hi all,
15 years ago, when I did my annual blood donor, I received a letter from the red cross saying that I have Hep B so I went to a doctor but the doctor only advice me that I have to live a healthy life, no treatment was done. Around 10 months ago, I was sick and went to doctor, I suspected I had thypus. So doc asked me to have a blood test for Thypus and I was curious about my Hep B so I asked him to included another test for Hep B. The result was negative for Hep B, positive for Thypus (as I suspected). Anyway, I got more curious about my Hep B so I ran another test but with quantitative result this time. The result was HBSAG 147 IU, AntiHBS 3 IU.
Then I found this forum whom advice me to take vitamin D3, E, and C. I have been taking it for about 4 months now. 2 weeks ago, I went back to my doctor to have another test of Hep B.
This time my results came with HBSAG 80.93 IU and Antihbs 16 IU. I haven't seen my doc yet cause I have unmatched schedule with his practice time. Please help what does it mean. Is that mean I'm getting better? Is there any chance I get rid of the virus? Thank you in advance.
