Do you know when you were infected? If you were infected recently then you probably do not need to take medicine. But if you have been infected for a long time then you may need to see a doctor and start medicine.
I would also help if you would check your vit D levels and if it is low then start taking vitamin D.

I don't know when I infected. But I was feeling pain in last August month. My alt is de ranged. I have taken a pill now. What do you suggest. Should I take second opinion from another doctor
