Hepatitis B

Hey I'm a 23 yr old male... I was found  HbsAg positive when I went for donating my blood. I'm not an alcoholic. And I do play daily (football).

My test results are as follows :-

HbsAg + (reactive)

HbeAg - (negative)

Anti Hbc IGM : Negative
Anti Hbc Total (serum) : positive

HBV DNA (quantitative) :- 409261 IU/ml

                    2169083.3 copies/ml

I wanted to know :-

Final Diagnosis?

Whether I'm inactive carrier or active?

Whether I need medication?

What life modifications I should take?

Whether I'm infectious?

Thanks in advance

You are chronic hbv.  I think.  That's how I found out.  Almost same result.  Go see a liver specialist
